This rebranding project reimagines Bäckerei Höller’s identity by transitioning from an overwhelming wordmark to a clean, icon-forward logo system rooted in clarity and charm. Inspired by the bakery’s unique origin as a historic watermill for flour production, the new visual identity honors tradition while embracing its evolution. With the recent addition of a professional barista and specialty coffee offerings, the rebrand extends beyond bread and pastries to reflect a warm, welcoming space where craftsmanship meets community. Continuing the established color palette was key to maintaining brand recognition, providing a sense of familiarity for loyal customers while introducing a refined, modern look. The identity system includes packaging, signage, and collateral that reflects the bakery’s story—grounded in heritage and freshly brewed for the future
